Lead installation, configuration, and administration of JBoss Application Server.
Design, build, and optimize middleware architecture for scalability, security, and disaster recovery.
Manage and support Message Queue technologies (IBM MQ, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, Kafka).
Drive performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting for middleware platforms.
Oversee DevOps/CI-CD integrations for middleware deployment pipelines.
Develop automation scripts using Shell and Python to streamline operations.
Ensure middleware compliance with security, audit, and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade middleware solutions.
Provide incident and problem management support, ensuring high availability.
Support containerized deployments on OpenShift, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Work with cloud teams for hybrid middleware deployments on public cloud.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge-sharing and upskilling initiatives.
Stay updated with emerging middleware technologies and recommend improvements.
